1. Conference Privacy Notice
The International Congress on Neurology and Brain Health 2026 Organizing Committee ("we", "us", "the organizer") is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of all delegates, speakers, abstract authors, and website visitors.
1.1 Data Collected
When you submit inquiries, register for the congress, or submit an abstract through icnbh.org or via [email protected], we may collect:
- Contact information: First name, last name, professional title, email address, phone number.
- Affiliation data: Clinical institution, university, hospital department, and country.
- Scientific data: Abstract titles, co-author lists, conflict of interest statements, presentation preferences.
- Invoicing details: Billing name, institutional billing address, and delegate category.
1.2 Use of Information
Your details are strictly used to administer conference participation, communicate peer-review outcomes, issue delegate badges and participation certificates, and respond to specific delegate inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or lease delegate information to commercial third parties.
1.3 Data Retention & Rights
Data is retained only as long as necessary to complete academic records and accounting compliance. You may request review, modification, or erasure of your contact record by writing to [email protected].

2. Registration Terms & Conditions
By registering for the International Congress on Neurology and Brain Health 2026, delegates agree to comply with the conference guidelines and code of professional conduct.
2.1 Registration Inclusions
Standard registration includes full access to scheduled scientific sessions in the Grand Ballroom, poster presentations, official conference programme materials, participation certificate, and scheduled refreshment breaks and buffet lunches for all three conference days (25–27 November 2026).
2.2 Workshop Policy
Practical workshops (EEG, Neuroimaging, EMG/NCS) are included in the delegate registration fee. However, workshops require advance booking and are strictly limited to 30 delegates per session. Slots are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
2.3 Group Discount Policy
A 10% discount applies to group registrations of 10 or more full-paying international delegates registered under a single institutional invoice.
2.4 Travel and Accommodation Exclusions
All travel arrangements, flights, hotel room bookings, entry visas, and airport transfers are the sole responsibility of the individual delegate. The organizer assumes no liability for flight delays, visa denials, or personal travel disruption.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing via email directly to the Conference Secretariat at [email protected]. The date of email receipt governs the refund entitlement:

3.1 Delegate Substitution Deadline
If a registered delegate is unable to attend, substitution of a colleague from the same institution is permitted at no administrative surcharge until 20 November 2026. Written notice including substitute delegate credentials must be emailed to [email protected].
Certification Standards
4. Accreditation and Payment Disclosure
CME/CPD Credits: None claimed in this planning draft; an official Certificate of Participation is issued to each registered delegate upon attendance.
Payment Currency: All invoices and fee calculations are quoted strictly in US Dollars (USD).
